Sigma Builders meets or exceeds the Quality Assurance Builder Standards defined by the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI). 

The Quality Assurance Builder Standards provide our new homebuyers a way to measure our quality against an industry approved set of standards.

Sigma Builders commitment to delivering high quality homes starts before our homeowner is involved.  We ensure our internal processes and all our vendors meet our rigorous quality expectations which often exceed industry approved standards.  In addition to our inspections, your new home will be inspected at various points by city inspectors and other experts.  All of this to ensure that your dream home is the highest possible quality.
