Our organization is committed to delivering high quality homes. In order to ensure our rigorous quality expectations are met on every home we build, below is the quality steps that are taken.
Step1. Pre-Construction Meeting
A meeting that takes place prior to the foundation start where the architectural plans and design selections are reviewed room by room to ensure all the desired home details and features have been included. Additionally, the house placement on the lot is validated by conducting thorough review of the engineered plot plan.
Step 2. Foundation Check
After the completion of the foundation, a squareness and levelness check in performed to ensure the house if ready to begin framing.
Step 3. Frame Check
After the completion of the framing, a squareness and levelness check in addition to a thorough review of all engineered wood products is performed to insure the house if ready to begin Mechanicals.
Step 4. Mechanical Check
After the completion of the Mechanical system installation, a full mechanical system inspection and testing are performed to insure the house if ready to into insulation and drywall.
Step 5. Energy Efficiency Test
After the completion of the insulation and drywall, an independent inspection of the home energy efficiency is conducted using state of the art blower door testing procedures.
Step 6. Final Check
After the completion of all finish items, a final inspection of all items is completed to insure all finished standards have been met.
Additionally, all have homes are backed up with a 2 year fully scope warranty and a 2-10 RWC for mechanical and structural warranty. (see attached)
